We currently offer the standard two day requalification every two years but we always listen to what our customers experiences are and have taken on board that some trainers feel two years is longer than they want to wait for a chance to discuss any challenges with other professionals. Our initial train the trainer moving and handling is a four day course covering moving and handling techniques as approved of by National Back Exchange and instructing in how to train those techniques effectively. Our customers now have the choice of a Refresher every year or a Requalification every two years – both will refer to their original four day certificate.
As all our customers know we are also on the end of the phone to discuss any challenges that may occur .
