Course Aims

Care Quality Commission require all those who move patients as part of their duties, and have already undergone induction training in the subject, to attend an annual moving and handling refresher session. 

Suitable For

For staff members who have attended a moving and handling induction session and who move patients as part of their duties.

Course Length

3 hours

Pre-requisite

This is aimed at those who have been trained in moving and handling. The course is not intended for those needing to train in handling for the first time.

Certification

All delegates will receive a Norvic certificate of attendance

Course Venue

Open courses are held regularly at our training venues in Norwich, Norfolk and Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Alternatively, courses can be arranged at your own site anywhere in the UK (subject to suitability).
