Course Aims
Learners will develop an awareness of how they can support positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the role they can play in recognising signs of mental ill health at work.

Course Venue
Courses can be held at our training venues in Norwich, Norfolk or Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Alternatively, courses can be arranged at your own site anywhere in the UK (subject to suitability).
Syllabus
The course aims to help general staff members and employers and also those working with vulnerable people at risk of stress, anxiety, depression etc. to recognise the warning signs of mental ill health and understand how to offer effective responses to this.
