Food Safety in Catering L2
Course Aims
To qualify delegates in the safe handling of food as part of their employment.
Suitable For
Those who may be required, as part of their employment, to serve or handle food. Suitable for carers, child fosterers and child minders.

This course includes assessments where a delegate’s ability to pass may be compromised where their first language is not English – please discuss this with your delegate/s and contact us if you or they have any concerns.
Certification
Delegates will be awarded a Norvic certificate of attendance. Our trainers are both Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) accredited. For delegates requiring accredited certification please see Food Safety in Catering Level 2.
Please note that RSPH can provide exam papers other than in English - we will need at least two week's advance notice if you wish us to order a special paper.
Course Venue
Open courses are held at training venues throughout East Anglia or alternatively, courses can be arranged at clients' own site anywhere in the UK (subjec to suitability).
