We regularly deliver first aid to all sectors of the community for example; ambulance technicians, nurses, schools staff and Mums and Dads. Whatever your role, whether you are a professional needing first aid in your workplace or a Mum, Dad or Grandparent, first aid can be lifesaving.

Your first aid skills can be lifesavers but like all skills they'll fade if they're not refreshed regularly. And three years between your First Aid at Work training courses is plenty of time for you to forget what to do and when to do it. We're also introducing a monthly first aid refresher course and we'll be contacting you each year to invite you along. It's a half day course, the core is your resuscitation technique and the session will also focus on those skills that you feel need refreshing.

From a three day in-depth first aid at work course to a half day awareness of first aid or even a two hour basic life support there is vast range of information given.
