The Mental Capacity Act

The Mental Capacity Act 2005 for England and Wales provides a framework to empower and protect people who may lack capacity to make decisions fr themselves. It makes it clear who can take decisions in which situations and how they should go about this. It allows people to plan ahead for a time when they may lack capacity.

By the end of the course the learners will have had the opportunity to understand the five key principles of the Mental Capacity Act.

This three hour course is now being run as an open session at our Norwich training centre. Call us on 01603 861612 or complete our online form to book.
