Course Aims
To train delegates in the safe and effective administration of rectal diazepam and buccal midazolam.
Suitable For
Any health care provider working in the public or private sector who may be required to administer rectal diazepam to a patient or client as part of their care. The course is ideal for nurses/carers working with head injury patients and those with special needs i.e. known epilepsy.

2 hours
Pre-requisite
Delegates must be employed in an environment where this knowledge and skill is required for genuine clinical reasons and evidence of this may be requested on course booking.
Certification
Delegates will receive a Norvic certificate of atendance which is valid for 1 year.
Course Venue
Closed courses are held at venues throughout East Anglia or alternatively, courses can be arranged at clients' own site anywhere in the UK (subject to suitability).
