Syllabus
An experienced carer can find some of the challengers offered by a person suffering dementia a little frightening and we look at what can provoke atypical behaviour and how to react to these challenges. We hope that delegates find the course challenging and inspiring as we revisit the essence of person-centred care and how this can be successfully implemented in all care settings. We hope for healthy debate and exchange of ideas to enhance your practice. At the end of the session we look at an audit tool to help create an action plan for the future.
